The program will culminate in each Graduate completing the AQF Diploma in their General Insurance, Insurance Broking or Loss Adjusting specialisation.

Introductory Course Structure

Overview

The learning experience of the Graduate Program is designed to give Graduates an entry point to both their insurance studies and their insurance career. All Graduates will commence a series of introductory courses focusing on the foundations of General Insurance. A core part of this component is also Compliance, with all Graduates completing the General Insurance Code of Practice (and any other TWO courses in ANZIIF’s compliance, conduct and culture short course suite).

General Insurance Essentials & Codes of Practice

General Insurance Essentials is designed to provide a holistic introduction to the insurance industry. It is aimed for professionals performing key roles in claims, sales and service, broking and underwriting within general insurance. Graduates will also undertake the relevant Code of Practice study. For General Insurance and Loss Adjusting Graduates, this will be the General Insurance Code of Practice. For Broking Graduates, this will be both the General Insurance Code of Practice and the Insurance Brokers Code of Practice.
