Module 2: Roles and responsibilities in strata
Explores the different roles in the strata insurance industry, including how they interact.
Module 3: Conduct and compliance
Explores the legal and regulatory standards that apply to strata as well as transparency, accountability and vulnerability as it relates to strata insurance.
Module 4: Working with the insurance industry (Optional module for Strata Managers)
Covers how to work with insurance professionals as a strata manager, including distinctions of financial product advice and working with multiple stakeholders.
