Why do I need to verify my email address when activating my membership?
It is Member Advantage's aim to provide you with a secure and easy-to-use shopping experience.
To make this possible, they use a 2 Factor Authentication (2FA) to verify your email address.
Additionally, your email address is required information to ensure that the digital products you order are delivered to the correct address.
What payment methods can I use to pay for purchases?
To securely purchase, please use your credit and debit cards on the platform..
A surcharge applies to all card payments.
Additionally, you can also use a bank transfer using PayID.
Please note that your banking institution may place your first PayID transaction on hold for up to 24 hours.
Can I buy and use an eGift card instantly?
Yes you can!
You can purchase most discounted gift cards on the platform and they will be delivered to you within a few minutes, allowing you to buy and spend in-store.

I live outside of Australia and New Zealand. Should I activate my ANZIIF Member Advantage membership?

Members outside Australia and New Zealand may register and access the platform, but current offers and e-gift cards can only be redeemed at participating Australian and New Zealand store.
