Topics Covered

Topic 1: Advice models

By the end, learners will understand how these models shape compliance requirements and client interactions.

Topic 2: Disclosure

This topic introduces what disclosure is, why it matters, and how it supports better client outcomes. It explains what needs to be disclosed — including conflicts of interest and conflicted remuneration — the consequences of non-disclosure, and how disclosures should be made.

Topic 3: Complaints

This topic explains what complaints are, why they matter, and how they should be handled under the Code and law. It covers the steps for managing complaints effectively and highlights the link between complaints and potential breaches.

Topic 4: Vulnerability
