Overview
Speakers

Insurers continue to navigate the changing landscape of tightening regulation, economic squeeze and changing consumer expectations.

Against this backdrop, it is vital to leverage advanced technologies to gain agility, accelerate time to market, reduce the cost of claims and elevate the overall claims experience.

This webinar provides a perspective on how insurers can successfully innovate using emerging technologies. Join us and learn to address the industry’s current challenges on compliance, claims leakage and its impact on the customer experience, and what a bold vision for the future of claims could look like.

This webinar will be presented by Lopamudra Panda from EXL and Andrew Beevors from MLC Life Insurance.

  • Understand the important role data and AI (including Generative AI) can play in enabling and accelerating the above
  • Describe local and global innovative examples across the claims lifecycle that have already started to drive some of the changes
