Digital Certificates with My eQuals

From 7 May, ANZIIF qualifications will be issued digitally via My eQuals.

This means faster access, greater security, and an easier way to share your credentials with employers and professional networks.

What is My eQuals?

My eQuals is a secure digital credentials platform used by leading education providers across Australia and New Zealand.

It allows you to:

  • Access your qualifications anytime, anywhere
  • Share them instantly with employers or on LinkedIn
  • Verify credentials securely and globally

What's changing?

Once you complete your ANZIIF study, your certification will be issued digitally via My eQuals instead of a standard paper certificate.

Your digital certificate will be:

  • Secure and tamper-proof
  • Available immediately once issued
  • Easy to share and verify

Getting started is simple

Once you complete your ANZIIF study, your certification will be issued digitally via My eQuals instead of a standard paper certificate.

Your digital certificate will be:

  1. Register for a My eQuals account
  2. When your certification is issued, you’ll receive an email from My eQuals
  3. Log in to access and share your qualification

If you already have an account, no further action is required.

Who does this apply to?

From 7 May:

  • All 2026 certifications (from relevant study periods) will be issued via My eQuals
  • Certifications already issued in 2026 will be migrated to the My eQuals platform by 30 May

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • Digital credentials replace standard paper certificates
  • Hard copy certificates remain available on request (fees apply)
  • Certifications issued prior to 2026 can be uploaded on request (allow up to 6 weeks)

Do I need to create a My eQuals account?
Yes. You’ll need an account to access your digital certificate. Registration is quick and free.
What if I already have a My eQuals account?

No action is required. Your ANZIIF certification will be added to your existing account.

How will I receive my certificate

You’ll receive an email from My eQuals with a link to access your qualification.

Can I still get a printed certificate

Yes. Hard copy certificates are available on request (fees apply).

What happens to certificates issued before 2026?

Yes. My eQuals uses secure, tamper-proof technology and is trusted by leading institutions across Australia and New Zealand.

What happens to certificates issued before 2026?

You can request to have these uploaded to My eQuals.

Due to volume, please allow up to 6 weeks.

Can I share my certificate on LinkedIn?

Yes. You can easily share your digital credential with employers or on professional platforms.

What if I don’t receive my email?

Check your spam/junk folder first.
