Webinar: Using Behavioural Insights for Workers Compensation and CTP Claims Processes

Want to understand more about how humans behave and how you can positively influence their behaviour?

While this might sound like a super power, the QBE Behavioural Insights Team draw on research from behavioural economics, psychology and sociology to achieve this and are helping people bring their lives back together following an injury.

We're really pleased to be joined by Luke Freeman, Behavioural Insights Specialist at QBE Insurance, who will discuss how his team gain a deeper understanding of what influences customer behaviour and how they use experiments to test solutions.

In this session you will have the opportunity to learn from demonstrated and specific examples where this approach achieved great results in Compulsory Third Party (CTP) and Worker’s Compensation claims.

Wake up your inner hero today and join us to learn how to support workers with their recovery and better improve the outcomes of their claims.

At the end of this webinar, attendees will be able to:

  • Explain how the use of behavioural insights was able to increase compliance with key claims tasks in written communication, such as letters, emails or website content
  • Demonstrate how to use behavioural insights in the creation of interactive and personalised videos sent to injured people and employers, to encourage more meaningful conversations and identify risk
