Who does this apply to?

From May 7

All 2026 certifications (from relevant study periods) will be issue via My eQuals.

By 30 May

Certifications already issued in 2026 will be migrated to the My eQuals platform.

Digital credentials replace standard paper certificates.

Hard copy certificates remain available on request (fees apply).

Certifications issued prior to 2026 can be uploaded on request (allow up to 6 weeks).

Do I need to create a My eQuals account?
Yes. You’ll need an account to access your digital certificate. Registration is quick and free.
What if I already have a My eQuals account?

No action is required. Your ANZIIF certification will be added to your existing account.

How will I receive my certificate

You’ll receive an email from My eQuals with a link to access your qualification.

Can I still get a printed certificate

Yes. Hard copy certificates are available on request (fees apply).

What happens to certificates issued before 2026?

Yes. My eQuals uses secure, tamper-proof technology and is trusted by leading institutions across Australia and New Zealand.

What happens to certificates issued before 2026?

You can request to have these uploaded to My eQuals.

Due to volume, please allow up to 6 weeks.

Can I share my certificate on LinkedIn?

Yes. You can easily share your digital credential with employers or on professional platforms.

What if I don’t receive my email?

Check your spam/junk folder first.
