Flood recovery was collaborative says CHU Head of Claims

Flood recovery centres were an essential one-stop shop for local Australian residents impacted by recent floods, and with 60 insurance staff attending 30 centres, the work of talking victims through the claims process became a collaborative effort.

Strata insurance underwriter CHU’s focus was on strata managers and brokers, its Head of Claims David Gow says the company did attend the main centres in Lismore and Brisbane to drop off care packages.
