Making it work - The case for RPL

Simon Grigg, a loss adjuster at New Zealand’s Earthquake Commission was already working full time finalising outstanding claims from the devastating earthquakes in Christchurch when he decided to get his Diploma of Loss Adjusting. He chose the ANZIIF recognition of prior learning process (RPL) which allowed him to achieve the qualification easily.
