Travel insurers take immediate action on mental health

Three major travel insurers under the spotlight of a Victorian Equal Opportunity and Human Rights Commission report have responded by making significant changes to the way they indemnify pre-existing mental health conditions. Suncorp, Allianz Partners and World Nomads Group will no longer issue policies that utilise blanket mental health exclusions.
