    Matthew has been at Aon since May 2008 and is currently a Client Director within the Health & Benefits business. As a senior member of the team, Matthew’s role is focused on delivering value based solutions to Aon’s clients from both a service and solutions perspective. This includes the provision of strategic advice and broking solutions in all relevant areas including broader employee benefits, employee wellbeing, life insurance, accident and health insurance, private health insurance and workers’ compensation.

    His consulting experience gained over the last 30 years encompasses all aspects of retirement and employee benefit programs, employee risk management and group insurance benefits. He has strong technical expertise in superannuation (both defined benefit and defined contribution plans) and related topics including investments and insurance.

    Before joining Aon, Matthew worked for Mercer in Australia for 16 years and Deutsche Asset Management for two years in various roles with a focus on superannuation and retirement savings, employee benefit program design and management, group insurance, general consulting and client service.

    Noel's career motivation and passion has been about lifestyle behaviour change, improvement and implementing innovative, effective and scalable programs to help people live a healthier and well life.

    Noel completed a PhD in Muscle and Exercise Physiology (The University of Melbourne, 1996) and a Postdoctoral Research Fellowship in 1997 (The Pennsylvania State University). He co-founded Fitness2live PTY LTD (Aus) in 2001, Fitness2live LTD (UK) in 2006 & Fitness2live Inc (USA) in 2007. In September 2009, the group was acquired by McKesson (Asia Pacific), in 2010 the business was sold to Medibank Private (Aus).

    He was Head of Fitness, Nutrition and Rehabilitation at the Collingwood Football Club (AFL, 1998-2000) and at the Richmond Football Club (2001-2005). He was the Head of Strength and Conditioning for Victorian Bushrangers Cricket (2001-2005). 

    Noel is the Founder and CEO of Sisu Health Group (UK, Aus & IE), a company committed to improving the health of its customers on a global scale.     David joined Hannover Re in 2017 working closely with Hannover’s speciality longevity team based in Hannover developing Hannover Re’s Australian longevity offering. Prior to his role at Hannover, David has been involved in a wide range of roles including consulting, actuarial pricing, valuation and financial advice remediation.
