    Daniel is the CEO and Founder of Evari, an insurtech start-up and Lloyd’s coverholder, digitally servicing the insurance needs of small businesses in Australia, and licensing their cloud-based technology to insurers in multiple markets.

    Daniel is a Fellow and Board member of ANZIIF, and a member of the Advisory Committee of Insurtech Australia. Daniel was previously CEO General Insurance Australia and New Zealand for Zurich, and has held executive positions at Suncorp/Vero and at Westpac.

    He has a Masters from Stanford University Graduate School of Business, and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of NSW. He is a Fellow of FINSIA, a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Chartered Accountant.

    Annabelle is a financial services professional with more than 20 years of experience, mainly in the public policy, consumer affairs and financial resilience disciplines. As part of her on going roles, Annabelle is the Industry Chair of the General Insurance Code of Practice and an industry Panel Member for AFCA.

    Annabelle is a strong believer in bringing together different sectors to work on improving resilience and is an inaugural member/leader of the Thriving Communities Partnership (TCP) – a cross sector collaboration, aimed at reducing financial vulnerability across the community.

    The TCP currently has over 150 members and works across sectors to create and implement strategies to reduce consumer vulnerability.

    Annabelle is an advocate for evidence-based policy development that enables systems of risk transfer and access to essential services to work efficiently and inclusively across the economy.

    As such Annabelle has served various roles, including the Chair of the Australian Centre of Financial Services Insurance Reference Group and Board member, which provided policy advice to Government and a member of the CPRC Consumer Policy Research Centre, whose focus is on the use of data in creating good consumer policy and protections.

    Annabelle’s work has been recognised publicly by being given various Insurance Industry Awards for Innovation and Leadership.

    Richard Enthoven is the Founder of The Hollard Insurance Company and the co‐founder of Greenstone Ltd. He currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of The Hollard Insurance Company.

    Richard is also a director, and the President, of the Insurance Council of Australia. He also serves on the Advisory Board of Head Over Heels, a not‐for‐profit organisation that supports a portfolio of high‐potential women‐owned businesses.

    Richard holds a Master of Science from the London School of Economics and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Southern California.

    Mark has been in the role since 2013. He has over 25 years' experience in senior executive roles, including Chief Commercial Officer at CGU, a division of IAG; Managing Director, Direct & Partnerships and Chief Marketing Officer with Zurich Financial Services in the UK; and Marketing and Group Brands Director with Lloyds TSB Group.

    Mark serves on the Boards of a number of Group companies including undertaking the role of Chairman of Austagencies, AUB Group NZ, and AIMS amongst others.

    Mark holds a Diploma in Market Research, a Diploma in Advertising and Marketing and a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing Studies. In addition, he has undertaken the Executive Development Program, IMD Lausanne, and the AICD Advanced Board Ready Program and AICD Diploma.

    Win-Li Toh is an experienced actuary, advising insurance clients in Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom for more than 25 years, after graduating in maths from Oxford University. As a Principal at Taylor Fry, she brings her thoughtful leadership and mentoring style to an evolving industry rich with disruption and innovation.

    Win-Li has been a keynote speaker and facilitated on a range of subjects, such as the explosion of big data and social media, navigating uncertainty in fluid economic times, fraud and privacy breaches.

    She has worked extensively on portfolio transfers, mergers and acquisitions, and is currently in talks with legal colleagues on the potential changes to Unfair Contract Terms proposed in the Hayne Royal Commission.

    With a keen interest in the next generation of insurance leaders, Win-Li actively promotes knowledge, understanding and ethical practices. She runs educational courses and training for boards, regulators and students of all ages.
