ANZIIF offers a range of customisable corporate education services to meet the needs of companies in the insurance and financial services industry. As a Registered Training Organisation, we also offer the option of mapping your current in-house training against national competencies and qualifications and can, should you need it, provide RTO award certification.

Compliance Programs

ANZIIF’s Tier 1 and 2 compliance programs have been developed in line with ASIC’s Regulatory Guidance 146 (RG146) to ensure your company’s compliance with Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL) obligations. ANZIIF offers a full range of online RG146 Tier 1 and Tier 2 compliance programs. Delivery methods can be customised to meet your company’s needs.

Should your company have its own in-house compliance training, ANZIIF can map the training to ASIC regulatory requirements and provide bridging solutions if required. While delivery of the program remains with your company, ANZIIF will complete the compliance certification via a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) Agreement.

Online Programs

ANZIIF is recognised for its online program development and ability to consult, develop, pilot test and launch programs that are beneficial to the industry.

Whether you have a brand new training idea or are redeveloping traditional training, ANZIIF has the capabilities to turn your training into an interactive online program.

Accreditation Programs

Traditionally, in-house training has allowed companies to provide programs that are tailored to individual company requirements.

To build on existing company programs, ANZIIF can map your training programs against national competencies and qualifications. Should your company require it, ANZIIF can also act as the specialist RTO to award certification of staff.

Registered Training Organisation Agreements

The cost of maintaining Registered Training Organisation (RTO) status within organisations and the considerable legislative and regulatory changes in the insurance and finance industry has led many companies to outsource the award of accredited programs certification to specialist RTOs.

ANZIIF’s long history and experience as an education provider and RTO in the insurance and finance industry enables it to map company programs against accredited competencies and national qualifications in the financial services training packages.

Backed by a team of education experts as well as client delivery, accreditation, RPL and certification teams, ANZIIF is the preferred RTO for companies in insurance and finance.

RTO agreements with ANZIIF transfer the burden of maintaining RTO status away from your company. Should you wish, you can still maintain your in-house training.
