Indonesian entrepreneur Victor Roy builds crowd underwriting platform

Jakarta-born entrepreneur Victor Roy has had a rollercoaster path in insurance and finance. His latest venture Bindcover, will be the only business-to-business insurtech in Indonesia, where other start-ups have focused on aggregating business-to-consumer offers. The novel platform is a ‘digital Lloyd’s market’, aimed at building trust and transparency among insurers and brokers.
