    Win-Li Toh is an experienced actuary, advising insurance clients in Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom for more than 25 years, after graduating in maths from Oxford University. As a Principal at Taylor Fry, she brings her thoughtful leadership and mentoring style to an evolving industry rich with disruption and innovation.

    Win-Li has been a keynote speaker and facilitated on a range of subjects, such as the explosion of big data and social media, navigating uncertainty in fluid economic times, fraud and privacy breaches.

    She has worked extensively on portfolio transfers, mergers and acquisitions, and is currently assisting insurers with implementing the reforms arising out of the Hayne Royal Commission.

    With a keen interest in the next generation of insurance leaders, Win-Li actively promotes knowledge, understanding and ethical practices. She runs educational courses and training for boards, regulators and students of all ages.

    Tony Clark is Chief Executive Officer of National Transport Insurance.

    Sue commenced her role in March 2016 as General Manager of Insurance for Westpac. Previously, Sue was Finance Director at Wesfarmers Insurance and held a number of senior roles at Insurance Australia Group (IAG).

    Sue is an accomplished and highly regarded senior executive with extensive experience in the financial services sector across operations, finance and strategy. Capabilities include leadership of large and diverse teams, change management, Board reporting, liaison with regulators and external industry bodies and financial management.

    Sue is the President of the Insurance Council of Australia (ICA), a member of the Financial Services Council (FSC) Life Insurance Board Committee and she is also an Executive Director of the BT Financial Group Insurance Boards.

    Chris Mackinnon joined Lloyd’s in February 2015 with responsibility for market development, and for liaising with market practitioners and regulatory authorities to maintain Lloyd’s presence in Australia, New Zealand and Vanuatu.

    Chris has over 30 years’ experience in the international insurance industry, principally as an Insurance Broker, with extensive knowledge of both the Australian and London markets.

    In addition to his role at Lloyd’s, Chris is also an Associate Director of the Underwriting Agencies Council in Australia, a Non-Executive Director of the Insurance Council of Australia, and Chairman of the Australian Organizing Committee of the Dive In Festival, the festival for diversity and inclusion in the Insurance Industry.

    Chris is qualified as a Senior Associate of the Australian & New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance, and is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

    Giselle Walther is currently the Group Managing Director for Aon Inpoint across Asia Pacific.

    Aon Inpoint is the management consulting and advisory arm of Aon. The Inpoint team is dedicated to delivering value through data, analytics, engagement and consultancy services to re/insurers and financial services clients.

    Previous to this role, Giselle was Managing Director, Growth Strategies for Aon Risk Solutions, where she was responsible for the firm’s strategic growth agenda, innovation, sales excellence including sales operations and client facing marketing.

    With over 25 years of international experience working for some of the world’s major insurers, Giselle has held senior leadership roles working in the Americas, Europe and Australia.

    She holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration with a undergraduate degree in economics.
