Liability Loss Adjustment
Examines the purpose of liability cover and the effects of legal liability, determining circumstances of a claim, establishing liability and triggering indemnity under a liability policy. This module will also look at the types of liability policies available and the cover they provide; defences to liability claims and the role of the loss adjuster in the preparation and assessment, and the investigation and verification of liability claims.
