With over 40 years’ experience in the insurance industry, Gabriele is a highly accomplished executive leader who holds expert knowledge in intermediary and underwriting agency business procedures and practices.
Gabriele demonstrates her ongoing commitment to the industry by her continued involvement in mentoring programs and the ANZIIF Awards judging panel. Gabriele is a Tier 1 Qualified Insurance Broker, Certified Executive Coach and AICD Member.

He has a depth of experience in regulatory and compliance roles having led teams at the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency.
Prior to working in regulation, Jared spent 5 years teaching at the University of Melbourne's School of Culture and Communication.

Catherine is the Chief Claims Officer at Marsh and sits on the Pacific Executive reporting directly to the CEO, Nick Harris and to the Global Chief Claims Officer in London, Rob Powell. Catherine works with her colleagues, with the Chief Claims Officers in other regions globally and with the market to ensure the delivery of the best possible claims experience to Marsh’s clients.
Prior to joining Marsh, Catherine was a Partner in Leading Australian insurance law firms for over 20 years. Over this time Catherine was responsible for matters involving general and life insurance, reinsurance, superannuation, commercial litigation, class actions, regulatory investigations and Royal and Special Commissions. Catherine also provided regulatory, compliance, product, and governance advice to clients in the financial services sector.
Catherine has spent a significant amount of her professional life acting for brokers, insurers, underwriting agencies, insureds and captives in the Pacific region, Asia, the US and the London markets.
Catherine has also held board appointments in the financial services, education, arts and sport sectors including 9 years as a Non-Executive Director of Zurich Australian Superannuation Pty Limited. Catherine is a creative thinker who loves the arts, sport and spending time with her family and friends.

Steven Tuften is Director of AI & Emerging Technology at Steadfast and responsible for driving innovation in the practical application of Artificial Intelligence and other emerging technologies to real world insurance problems.
Steven has over 20 years’ experience in the global insurance industry, and in his previous role, was Director of Asia-Pacific Standards for ACORD being responsible for growing adoption of digital standards for the industry across the Asia-Pacific region.
He led the regional standards programs for both General Insurance and Life Insurance and provided support to ACORD's regional and global members, implementing those standards including designing the first industry standards-based Claims Lodgement API for Life Insurers and Super Funds.
At ACORD, Steven co-chaired two international working groups on Blockchain technologies and digital standards and helped develop global standards for Delegated authority reporting into the London market.
In 2022, Steven completed a Masters in Applied Artificial Intelligence from Deakin University completing a Minor Thesis on the use of AI for Crop Detection using Satellite Imagery. Steven is an avid Toastmaster and in 2021, received the Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) award, the highest educational accreditation in Toastmasters International.
