With 30 years in the general insurance industry, 20 of those years in Senior Management and Leadership roles, Jenny is a highly driven and strategic senior executive who is a founding member and the current Chair of ANZIIF’s General Insurance Faculty Advisory Board.
A practicing Certified Insurance Professional, demonstrating a lifetime commitment to study and ongoing learning has seen Jenny achieve a Graduate Diploma in Insurance and a Master of Business Administration from Deakin University.
Jenny has worked for several leading insurers in a variety of operational and management roles both in Australia and overseas. Jenny is the inaugural Chief Executive Officer at the Underwriting Agencies Council and passionate about shaping the future of UAC and delivering its members a road map for success.

General Manager, Regulatory and Consumer Policy
Insurance Council of Australia (ICA)
Alexandra is responsible for developing and implementing the ICA’s regulatory and consumer policy agenda including liaising with sector regulators ASIC and APRA, dispute resolution body AFCA, and working with stakeholders through the Business Advisory Council, the Consumer Advisory Council, and the Indigenous Advisory Council, to solve problems related to insurance for consumers and businesses.
Alexandra has worked in advocacy bodies, the federal government, federal politics, and the university sector, focusing on policy and advice to deliver better outcomes for consumers, small business owners, and communities. She holds a BA (Hons) and a Juris Doctor from the Australian National University.

As one of Australia’s leading strata insurance specialists, Kimberley Jonsson is CEO of CHU Underwriting Agencies.
Kimberley joined the insurance industry in South Australia in 2005. She has worked across multiple jurisdictions and held various underwriting sales and management roles. Kimberley has a wealth of experience and knowledge of the strata insurance industry and the strata community.
In 2017 Kimberley was named Young Insurance Professional of the Year at the Australian Insurance Industry Awards.
In addition, Kimberley is a Fellow and Board Member of ANZIIF, she is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and holds an MBA from AIM Business School.

Richard Klipin is an experienced CEO and financial services leader, currently serving as Chief Executive Officer of the National Insurance Brokers Association (NIBA). He has led strategic transformation and growth across peak industry bodies, banks, and insurance organisations in both Australia and New Zealand.
Richard brings a strong track record in community building, stakeholder engagement, and policy advocacy. He is a trusted spokesperson for the industry, regularly engaging with government, media, and regulators on key sector issues. His leadership is underpinned by a commitment to professionalism, purpose-driven strategy, and collaboration.
He holds an MBA from the Macquarie Graduate School of Management, along with qualifications in arts and education.

Suzi is the Chief Commercial Officer of Hollard, having joined in August 2023. As Chief Commercial Officer, Suzi is responsible for developing Hollard’s strategy in respect of product design, pricing, strategic underwriting, and partner relationships. With almost 20 years of experience in insurance across Australia, Switzerland, and North America,
Suzi previously held several senior roles at Zurich, including Chief Operations Officer of Zurich Insurance Australia Limited and Chief Claims Officer of Zurich Life and Investments.
Some of Suzi’s achievements include featuring in Insurance Business Magazine’s Elite Women in Insurance in 2021 and 2022, speaking at the 2021 Insurance Business Australia Women in Insurance summit and Women in Innovation International Women’s Day event, as well as 2023’s Insurance Business Innovation Summit.
Suzi will also be the chair of the 2024 Women in Insurance Summit.
