How do we best respond with empathy and compassion to support each other and ourselves, to build resilience in an ever-changing world?

This session is ideal for anyone seeking to better understand:

  • The mental health continuum
  • The impact of COVID-19 on our work, workplaces, and vulnerable populations
  • How to support each other and ourselves
