Auckland rainstorm and Cyclone Gabrielle amount to multi millions in losses

Two catastrophes, a rainstorm in Auckland and Cyclone Gabrielle, within three weeks of each other, have resulted in potential damage losses ranging from NZ $8 billion dollars to NZ $31 billion.
