Victoria puts project based insurance policies on the table for construction

Project-based insurance policies are still rare in Australia and New Zealand although they’re the go-to construction solution in Asia. Victoria thinks it’s time for a change. In line with its review of the state’s troubled building sector, the government has released a discussion paper suggesting project-based insurance as a pathway to reform.
