Baited breath as insurers await BI decisions

In a unanimous decision, the NSW Court of Appeal has held that the exclusion in the infectious diseases extension for ‘quarantinable diseases notified under the Quarantine Act and subsequent amendments’ does not exclude listed human diseases under the Biosecurity Act. But the battle is far from over.
