COVID19 blamed for a rise in complaints to AFCA

There has been a rise in complaints about travel insurance to the Australian Financial Complaints Authority as a result of the pandemic. Consumer confusion about how policies work, as well as the tough economic climate, is also leading to a rise in complaints to the industry oversight body.
