Insurers respond to financial hardship

Insurers across the Asia Pacific region have announced a raft of good-will initiatives to help policyholders experiencing hardship to weather the COVID-19 storm. Payment plans for customers struggling to afford premiums, putting payments on hold and deferring excesses are just some of the initiatives they have implemented so far.
