Falling customer demand due to business closures, mounting workloads and reduced productivity while working from home were among the key challenges faced by insurance professionals across the Asia Pacific at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, according to an ANZIIF survey aiming to understand the impact of the pandemic on its members.
