Generational Engagement

There’s a lot of talk these days about ‘the millennial question’ — who millennials are, how they’re different and how to engage with them in the workplace. In this activity, we’ll explore the three generations most common in today’s workforce, some of the differences between them and the environments they grew up in, and some ways to engage more effectively with people no matter what generation.
