ANZIIF is conducting the 2022 ANZIIF Customer Listening Survey, which will delve into your learning needs, training and education choices. We are also interested in your thoughts about what external providers like ANZIIF need to offer to ensure insurance professionals are maintaining the highest professional standards.
The research will deepen our understanding of the evolving needs of the insurance industry and the people it employs. It will also play a significant role in shaping what ANZIIF delivers to support the learning and development of the insurance industry, now and into the future.

This survey is being conducted by Survey Matters, experts in association membership research, so you can be sure that your answers will remain confidential.
Individual responses will not be identified, so we encourage you to provide honest and objective feedback. Please note, however, that any free text comments you provide may be provided to ANZIIF unedited. If you identify yourself by name, writing style or otherwise you will not remain anonymous, however your responses to quantitative questions will not be able to be identified.
