Technological change has become 'business as usual' and has empowered consumers to drive disruption of business models towards democratisation, says Eoghan Trehy, Macquarie Bank’s National Head of Insurance, Business Banking.

Speaking at Day 1 of ANZIIF's 2019 Insurtech Conference, Trehy told a workshop of insurance leaders that customers are happier when technology helps them have a better experience.
