About the Awards
The Australian Insurance Industry Awards celebrate the outstanding achievements of individuals and businesses across the Australian insurance industry, recognising excellence, innovation and success within the sector.
In 2025, submissions will be open across 15 categories, with significant updates to the criteria and categories. The categories and criteria for this year reflect a greater focus on the customer, ethical standards and vulnerability.
Categories acknowledge achievements across general insurance, life insurance, broking, claims, underwriting, Insurtech, authorised representative networks, professional services, and service providers.
Individuals will be recognised across three prestigious categories that celebrate outstanding contributions, leadership, passion, and dedication to professionalism.
