Heather initially wanted to become a nurse. Following the guidance of her father, she is grateful that she chose insurance as her career. That has not come without its challenges. For example, Heather was once told by her boss that she doesn’t take risks. As a result, Heather went out of her way to become far more decisive in making decisions.
