Careers in Insurance has been running since 2014, after research conducted by the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance (ANZIIF) revealed a skills shortage in the insurance industry.
Since then, Careers in Insurance has actively sought to inspire young people, career changers and other members of the community to see the diverse, challenging and rewarding opportunities the insurance industry has to offer.
As part of our ongoing activities, we regularly attend careers fairs, and school and university presentations.
The following presentation was presented by Tim Wedlock (President, National Insurance Brokers Association) and Rebecca Wilson (Vice Chairperson, National Insurance Brokers Association, NSW Divisional Committee) earlier this year.
